These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Electrician Grade, the ProsGrade family of websites, related trade-specific sites, and any content, services, forms, listings, profiles, data, software, features, or functionality made available through the platform.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The platform is designed to help users discover, compare, research, contact, claim, manage, and interact with local home service businesses and related listings. The platform may also support profile enhancements, subscriptions, featured placements, business claims, lead routing, reviews, offers, content generation, and related directory services.
We do not perform the underlying home service work unless expressly stated in writing. We operate a platform and related services, not a guarantee of service performance by any listed business.
A listing, profile, ranking position, featured placement, review display, claim status, verification status, grade signal, badge, business category, or platform appearance does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, warranty, or promise regarding the quality, legality, licensing, insurance, pricing, conduct, availability, workmanship, suitability, or results of any business or service provider.
Users are solely responsible for independently evaluating any business before hiring, booking, purchasing, or relying on that business.
Listings and profile content may come from business owners, users, public sources, third-party APIs, imported datasets, review providers, research, automated enrichment tools, and AI-assisted content systems. As a result, information may be incomplete, outdated, approximate, or inaccurate.
We do not guarantee the completeness, current accuracy, or availability of any listing, profile, business data, review text, pricing information, map data, photos, offers, hours, contact information, or other content shown on the platform.
Some features may require an account, claim request, verification process, or authorized business relationship. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account or access credentials.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account, claim, or profile request is fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unauthorized, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
Claiming or managing a business profile may require us to review documents, emails, phone verification, website verification, or other proof of authorization. We may accept, reject, delay, reverse, or revoke claim access at our discretion.
If multiple parties assert rights to the same business profile, we may pause access, request additional information, or determine profile control based on the information available to us. We are not required to adjudicate disputes conclusively and may take temporary measures to protect platform integrity.
If you submit a review, message, profile update, business description, offer, photo, service detail, contact request, support message, or other content, you represent that:
By submitting content, you grant us a broad, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, format, publish, distribute, display, index, promote, and use that content in connection with the platform and related business operations.
We may moderate, reject, remove, edit, suppress, or refuse to publish content at our discretion.

Some listings, features, subscriptions, upgrades, leads, or promotional placements may be paid offerings now or in the future. Any paid feature may be subject to separate pricing, subscription terms, billing conditions, renewal terms, cancellation rules, eligibility requirements, and placement limitations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payment for visibility, profile enhancement, advertising, leads, featured placement, or subscription services does not guarantee a minimum number of leads, clicks, rankings, conversions, revenue, customer jobs, or business outcomes.
The platform may allow users to submit quote requests, contact requests, claim requests, support messages, or other communications. We do not guarantee delivery, response times, job awards, customer fit, business acceptance, or conversion outcomes.
We may log, route, review, store, or use these communications to operate the platform, provide support, investigate abuse, improve quality, and maintain records.
We may use AI-assisted tools and automated enrichment systems to generate, summarize, format, classify, or improve business content, FAQs, descriptions, service summaries, research facts, and other directory-related content. Such content may contain errors, assumptions, omissions, or formatting choices that are not guaranteed to be accurate.
We reserve the right to edit, replace, remove, or regenerate automated content at any time.
The platform, including its design, software, databases, layout, text, branding, functionality, rankings, compilations, graphics, code, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, resell, create derivative databases from, or exploit platform content except as expressly permitted in writing.
The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including search providers, maps, payment processors, analytics services, social networks, booking tools, email services, and business websites. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, uptime, pricing, or actions.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, availability, reliability, performance, and results.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, complete, or free of harmful components, or that listings, rankings, reviews, leads, or content will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, business, goodwill, revenue, opportunities, or customer relationships arising out of or related to the platform, listings, businesses, leads, reviews, content, communications, or your use of or inability to use the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your content, your business, your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may suspend, restrict, remove, de-index, edit, unpublish, or terminate listings, profiles, accounts, forms, content, claims, subscriptions, or access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, address abuse, respond to disputes, enforce our policies, or preserve listing quality and platform integrity.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction chosen by the platform operator, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The specific governing law, forum, and venue language can be customized once you finalize your operating entity and jurisdiction.
